The service audits structured CSV/JSON data for observable data-quality issues such as missing values, exact duplicate rows, duplicate identifiers and inconsistent scalar types. It does not provide legal, compliance, fraud, tax, medical or financial certification.
A successful authenticated audit call consumes one API credit. Failed authentication, exhausted-credit responses and malformed requests do not intentionally consume a credit.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, authentication/session tokens, full payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC, or data you are not authorized to process. Minimize unnecessary personal data before submission.
Findings are based only on supplied data and explicit buyer-supplied rules. Missing facts are not invented. No guarantee is made that every possible defect will be detected.
If payment completes but purchased credits are not delivered because of a service fault, the operating remedy is to restore equivalent credits or process a refund. Requests involving unused credits may be reviewed subject to applicable law and PayPal rules. Consumed credits are generally not refundable except where required by law or where the service materially failed to perform the purchased audit.
Associated API access may be suspended while a PayPal dispute, reversal or chargeback is unresolved. Resolution follows PayPal's process and applicable law.
Pricing, packages and technical limits may change prospectively. Existing completed purchases retain the credits granted at purchase.
